I would like to let you know how grateful I am to you personally and to your efficient staff for all the care and kindness shown to me during my stay in Braceborough Hall for the rehabilitation after my operation.
I am also full of admiration for the way you make the long term residents, sometimes severely disabled, so well looked after and providing for those who are interested to follow their hobbies and interests.
Thank you also for giving me a delightful room with a view to impeccably kept, full of spring flowers, garden.
With many thanks and best wishes for the wonderful work you do.
It is wonderful to think there are such homes as yours who really do give every consideration to the residents. Thanking you once again.
It was such a relief for us to have discovered your retirement home. Braceborough Hall is a lovely home – tranquil, clean and restful. We are all impressed with your delighful caring staff, nothing seemed to much trouble, they are caring, kind and patient.
I just feel how lucky we were to find you – the level of care she has received has been remarkable – and, I am sure, unique. I congratulate you on having formed and retained such an exceptional team.
I write to thank you for the care that you and your staff have given my father over the last few months. He has been very happy at Braceborough Hall and I have been very impressed by the quality of the care and attention that has been given to him. I cannot speak highly enough of the home and staff.
You were all, without exception, so very kind to Mother during the years she was with you at Braceborough and it was apparent that not only did you care for her physical needs but that you gave her friendship and affection too.

It is impossible to find something to adequately represent how we feel about the unqualified compassion and support you gave to Mummy – and also to us. I am so grateful that we were lucky enough to find you and all your wonderful staff.

When I first visited Mother in August I was concerned that she was happy, comfortable and was to be well looked after in your care. Immediately upon seeing the “Hall” and the upon seeing Mother, I felt relieved. She was very happy to be there, and this from a lady who had only known one home since I was born. I was impressed by the “Hall”, its setting, its gardens, and I was soon to find out, by you and your amazing team of care givers.
Mother could not have been in a better place. No matter who it was who was tending to her needs, bringing me a cup of tea, or in the more recent weeks, lovingly providing for her comfort and personal needs, it was all done professionally and with great compassion.
Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
